The Wiseman Company has been contracted by APCA  to offer Artists professionally shot videos and
optional edited online hosting of demos of presentations at Showcasedemo.com.



TAKE YOUR SHOWCASE OR ED SESSION HOME WITH YOU....
We deliver a raw miniDV or HiDef Camera footage to you on a dedicated tape immediately after your showcase or ed session. If you want it dubbed to a DVD, for an additional fee, we will hold your tape and either give it to you later in the conference or mail it to you within a day or two.  Editing is also available.


YOU GET THE TAPE:  MINI-DV or HI-DEF  format?

We offer the option of videotaping showcases in regular mini-dv or in Hi-Def with a SONY HVR-HD1000U MiniDV 1080i HD Camcorder.


The Sony HVR-HD1000U is a HDV camera specifically designed for event work.  It is equipped with a ClearVid CMOS sensor, capable of recording 1080i high definition footage on a standard MiniDV tape. Additionally, the camra comes fitted with a Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar lens, ensuring a smooth, professional final product.


Please note...Playback of HD formatted tapes require a HD camera or player.

You are allowed the option of requesting your presentation shot in either HiDef, MiniDv or (with advance special arrangement) Digital 8 tapes. If shot in HD, you or your editor will need a HD camera to play the tape back.  If you are not sure, the safest bet is to order your event shot in Mini-DV.    DVD transfer is also available for an additional charge




NEED A PROFESSIONALLY EDITED DEMO ON DVD OR THE WEB?..
We can do a menued 3-10 minute edit of your video, suitable for web, email or DVD demos for $225 for up to 3 hours of edit time.  The final product comes to you as a meunued DVD and a DVD-rom with  formats suitable for ipod/iphone, web or computer.  If the final edit is kept to less than 10 minutes in length, we can build you a custom video/bio page and host it on YouTube & the ShowcaseDemo.com web site for $50.

COMPLETE YOUR ORDER BEFORE THE CONFERENCE AND SAVE!
Because we use dedicated tapes for each showcase and ed session, reservations ensure we have enough media to fill your orders.  Orders are on a 1st Come, 1st Served basis, so, we need to know ASAP what you need.  There is a $10 fee for orders placed “On Site” (at the conference).  Guaranteed  and paid reservations have preference should a conflict occur.  We accept credit cards securely online via PayPal.  Additionally, cash or company checks are accepted at the conference.

CHANGED YOUR MIND? WANT TO CANCEL?  If canceled before the conference begins, cancellation is available at no charge.  However, if cancelled at the conference, payment , minus a $25 cancellation fee-- is refundable until 15 minutes before the presentation.
